Meridian Homes recently renovated a client’s garage, and the results were amazing. We turned the unfinished, unusable, unheated space into a fully functional work area. By running additional large wire circuits and breakers to the garage, we were able to supply a ceiling mounted heater and a thermostat to keep the space comfortable year-round. We also upgraded all of the electrical wiring so that power tools can be used without tripping the circuit breakers. And, we installed motion-activated parabolic lighting, so that family members entering the garage after dark don’t have to fumble for the light switch.
In order to make the garage visually appealing and easy to keep clean, Meridian Homes installed PVC material to finish the junction between the garage walls and floor. Now, our client has a highly functional, organized workspace to use anytime.
